The Prairie Red Rubies are a Ladies Non-Profit Organization originally started in August 2005 as Red Hatters, we remained part of the Red Hatters until the Crown Jewels of Canada Society was formed in October 2009. It was decided then that we as a group, would unite with all Provinces to become totally Canadian. There are Chapters representing each Province across Canada.
We are ladies that enjoy life to the fullest, members have an event once a month, with 2 members taking turn ms planning a fun, enlightening and creative function for us all to participate and enjoy together. We have toured the Government House and taken in a Tea, toured the Tunnels in Moose Jaw, Imax, Museums in various cities and towns nearby. We have also volunteered in entertaining Senior Homes, Local Health Centre and surrounding Health Centres. We are considered Jewels, precious, valuable, attractive, loveable with the wish to keep ourselves busy, sharing good times with one another and extending joy, companionship, love, laughter with everyone in our lives. Life is enjoying everyday with a warm smile that gives a special meaning when extended to those that maybe having a tough day or trying time.
Age is not a great importance as you maybe 21 or 101, you are welcome to join us at anytime, there are a few rules however, we must always were hats, fascinators or some head gear in our Royal Colours, our colours are Purple, White and Red.
